One of the best leadership lessons I’ve learned The higher you go, the less it’s about having the best ideas—and the more it’s about creating space for others to have them. Your team doesn’t need you to be the smartest in the room. They need you to empower them to be.

I always try to assume positive intent for two key reasons: 1️⃣ Life is a lot less stressful that way. 2️⃣ If I’m wrong, at least I don’t look like an A-hole. 😅
