@danarestia Richmond needs this game so they will do anything they can to find a way to play this game. Maryland on the other hand doesn’t need it and isn’t going to play it unless it works with their terms. Makes it hard to believe they find a way to get it played.

Richmond is still trying to find an indoor venue where they can play Maryland. It's a long shot, but still a slim chance the game gets in. I wouldn't hold your breath.

Yes, Annapolis would be an amazing host for championship weekend annually. I’d love to see college lacrosse have a permanent home for championship weekend. A place where it means something to get there and a true home each May like the CWS in Omaha or Rose Bowl in CFB.

Hear me out - If I'm the Philadelphia Wings, I tank like the 76ers did and earn that #1 overall pick in the 2026 draft. Joey Spallina would be an incredible get to pair with Brennan O'Neill! The Wings also have 2 first round picks in the 2027 draft, which is one of the strongest drafts in league history. The potential for the Wings' future roster is incredible. If the franchise does move to a new market, they'll have a bunch of marketable talent to get new fans pumped up!
