Going to a conference like #ecr2024 is a great way to renew your passions for your career and profession. Eager to get home and make a start on ideas, research projects and potential collaborations. This was just what the Doctor ordered - not a rest but certainly a boost.

Really interesting point from Professor @LARdublin about research dissemination. Publishing in a journal doesn't mean anyone has read it.

I lost my Grandma to dementia this week. I'm sad. I will miss her love, care & intellect. I'm more determined than ever to ensure that we give people with it a better quality of life- but we must find a cure for it too. Good-bye Grandma. I love you so much xx #dementia
