@bryant_cleary @TonyMetroMLB You just listed relievers that played multiple major league seasons with other teams before being a yankee. Whitlock never played for the Yankees and was still a minor leaguer before debuting with the Red Sox’s
English

@AlexFieldsYT @TonyMetroMLB Okay so with this logic
There are players the Yankees acquired from previous organizations who found success in NY through adjustments, such as Wandy, Luetge, Holmes…
Therefore, the list of players the Yankees developed grows, which further debunks your original claim
English

And this is why no one takes the “Cam Schlittler is going to be an ace” Yankees fans seriously.
Dominguez, Volpe, Wells, Torres, Sanchez.
Who is the last legitimate star outside of Aaron Judge that the Yankees have developed in the last decade?
Underdog MLB@UnderdogMLB
Luis Gil will open year in Triple-A.
English

@KurtzTeddy @bryant_cleary @TonyMetroMLB He spent the first couple of seasons coming out of the pen when everyone knew he had the upside to be a starter. I know he was a full time starter in his final year with the Yankees and that’s why I said he was misused. He should’ve been a starter from the jump, not a reliever.
English

@AlexFieldsYT @bryant_cleary @TonyMetroMLB How did they misuse King? You do know the Yankees used him as a SP towards the end of his tenure correct?
English

@bryant_cleary @TonyMetroMLB Whitlock made changes when he went to the Red Sox furthering his development before being in the majors.
English

@AlexFieldsYT @TonyMetroMLB “Not believing in him” is so irrelevant to the topic. The Yankees still developed Whitlock.
Cade Winquest will make his MLB debut with the Yankees after 3 years in St. Louis’ system. Which team do you consider the team that developed him?
English

@MattyMayhem2023 @TonyMetroMLB He batted lead off for most of his career and was an on base king before he decided to slug for power. If you think a career 802 ops and ops plus of 114 is a failed hitter then idk what to tell you cuz those are good numbers.
English

@AlexFieldsYT @TonyMetroMLB Look 260.. 20.. and 70 just is slightly above mediocre offensive production. He was a failed player and brutally defensively especially later on. Definition of a guy you will lose with
English

Not really, you went back an entire decade to name 1 pitcher. The need to go back that far just shows how little success they’ve had. Whitlock was in their system but the Yankees deemed to not protect him as he wasn’t worth a roster spot. They didn’t believe in him. He went to the Red Soxs and continued his development that offseason.
English

@AlexFieldsYT @TonyMetroMLB You’re redefining what it means to develop a pitcher
English

@bryant_cleary @TonyMetroMLB Yes cuz one of those guys debuted almost 10 years ago and the other one never played for the Yankees.
English

@AlexFieldsYT @TonyMetroMLB Right
So, outside of Schlittler & Gil, the Yankees have developed a pitcher in years.
English

@bryant_cleary @TonyMetroMLB Developed King but misused him by being a bullpen guy. Yall didn’t even want Whitlock cuz he wasn’t protected in the rule 5 draft, and Monte was good until the arm fell off.
English

@AlexFieldsYT @TonyMetroMLB Michael King
Garret Whitlock
Jordan Montgomery
English

@MattyMayhem2023 @TonyMetroMLB I didn’t know Nimmo’s 802 ops and Conforto’s 824 ops with the Mets was mediocre. Stupid me.
English

@AlexFieldsYT @TonyMetroMLB Nimmo is and always was mediocre. Conforto same. Talking about Degrom is almost like the Yankees talking about Robinson Cano. It’s just a lifetime ago
English

@MattyMayhem2023 @TonyMetroMLB Degrom, Nimmo and Conforto were all stars. Other than that, nobody. Like I said, the Mets used to have a shit farm system and nobody was saying they had a good one.
English

@AlexFieldsYT @TonyMetroMLB Name one other player besides Alonso that the organization has developed who is a star in the last eight years or so
English

@MattyMayhem2023 @TonyMetroMLB The Mets used to have a shit system for years and that was no secret. The media portrays the Yankees for having a good hitting farm system when in actuality they don’t.
English

@TonyMetroMLB Besides, one guy that you didn’t decide to lock up long-term, who have you guys developed?
English

@ExCaLiBuR2O @TitoSanTanaChez Actually, that match deserves to be in Triplemania, Kaiser is beloved there and it only makes sense for him to unmask Gable since he’s a menace in Mexico.
English

@TitoSanTanaChez Yeah, Mask vs Mask at mania, Gable is exposed, and then he can go back to being the wrestling machine!
English

Wrestling Opinions:
Having Sami Zayn end Gunther’s 600+ days reign was the wrong decision. Sami swept into the feud without any build, took Gable’s spot, and even though the match turned out to be an instant classic, he failed to fill Gunther’s shoes and the IC title wasn’t as prestige anymore.
Chad Gable should’ve always been on pole position to dethrone Gunther, this remains one of HHH’s biggest booking blunders.

English

@TheMetsX Robert had an OAA of 7 at CF last year compared to Taylor’s 4 OAA. Robert is better.
English

I don’t mean to be a dickhead, but the fact that we keep pretending we upgraded defensively in CF is funny. Tyron couldn’t hit a lick but he was an incredible defensive CF.
Joe DeMayo@PSLToFlushing
I’m very much looking forward to watching Luis Robert Jr. patrol center field this year
English

@zsamansky5 @AnthonyDiComo Garcia signed a major league deal. His spot is secured.
English

@AnthonyDiComo I think your numbers are wrong. 12 pitchers have been assured jobs if you are including Luis Garcia. They are only taking 13 pitchers, not 15. The final spot is between the 3 you mentioned. But I don’t recall Garcia ever assured a spot which possibly means 2 spots for 4 players.
English

In addition to Austin Warren, the Mets sent out Kevin Herget and Robert Stock today.
That leaves 15 healthy pitchers in camp. Fourteen have been assured jobs, with Bryan Hudson, Richard Lovelady and Craig Kimbrel still in contention for the one remaining spot.
Anthony DiComo@AnthonyDiComo
The Mets optioned Austin Warren today, further strengthening left-hander Bryan Hudson's position for that final bullpen spot. Richard Lovelady is also here though, and Mets officials have been open about their intention to scour the waiver wire/upward mobility pool for help.
English

@ScoreScoreScore @DanteOnDeck He’s still salty that Drew lost. Move on.
English

@crashoutayala @ProWFinesse @B_I_T_W__ If he got fined, it’s bc it’s in the contract and not “unwritten”
English

@ProWFinesse @B_I_T_W__ Also how you can legally be fined for what is being called an “unwritten rule” lmao
English

@AlexFieldsYT @WrestleTalk_TV Because I am and don’t forget that he was right all along.

one of seth’s masked men stays in the ring… hits seth with a spear… and then revealed himself as bron breakker.
i see the vision.
Wrestle Ops@WrestleOps
There is a sense of optimism within that Bron Breakker could be cleared in time for WrestleMania 42. (via @WrestleVotes Radio on @FightfulSelect)
