From my DM:
Buy yourself a UPS. I prefer the brand APC. If you can't get APC where you live, cyberpower is another good brand. Not expensive, but will give your PC a few minutes of battery runtime in the event power goes out. Primarily exists to give you enough time for a graceful shutdown so you don't damage any components.
Something like this is a good entry / personal use one:
amazon.com/APC-Protector-…
For our enterprise customers, we use the same brand, just go up in size so it can accommodate larger power draws and sustain longer run times on battery. For those interested, typically something like this:

For backup internet, you have some options. If you're not savy on networking, I'd go with UniFi's ecosystem. Great security, easy on the wallet, and simple setup. They have their new Dream Router 5G Max:
t.co/c0PQzcWR3k
This one is basically an all in one unit. It will function as a wireless access point for connecting devices to Wi-Fi (w/ wifi 7 built in). This one is easiest because it also supports 5G cellular connections by installing a SIM card or using eSIM.
If you need additional wi-fi coverage in your house, just add some extra AP's. Ideally wired if you have Cat6 cabling already in place at your house, or you can install their mesh systems.

Do the same thing with this as your PC - connect it to a second APC and internet will continue functioning even during an outage. Connect your ISP's equipment to it as well and you'll keep firing on all cylinders.
If you're a bit more technically inclined, I have a beefier version of the dream machine linked above (Enterprise Fortress Gateway, likely overkill for your needs), and then use your primary ISP as internet circuit 1, 5G failover as internet circuit 2, and then mount a starlink dish on your roof, connect it to the second WAN port on the Dream Router, and boom, you have 3x sources of internet all connected to backup power. If all that fails, we likely have bigger global problems to deal with.
All of this is great to have and will be a great solution for 95% of folks, but if you want true redundancy on power, you're looking at whole home generator options.
Hope this helps

@SZmembers APC is brand we use for all our clients. I sent you a DM with full info on network / power redundancy setup I'd rec for a home environment
