@maxgripp The amount of practice & pressure required to hit these irating peaks [that are necessary for special event top splits], is borderline unhealthy, depending on the driver. We smurf to try setups, unusual cars, tracks or series. See smurfs as "what if pros treated it like a hobby".

@OllieMillroy But in #IMSA we have no tire warmers and there is no issues. Just saying. Think it's a driver problem not a tire problem. But that's my opinion!

Seeing the best Sportscar drivers in the world binning $2million cars in a straight line is not entertainment. It’s ridiculous. Banning tyres warmers to ‘save the planet’ was clearly the wrong move. Saves a can of diesel each weekend, but writes off multiple cars 🤯
