Given my property's prime location within PMC limits and its competitive pricing, securing at least a few visits should not have been difficult. If I had simply posted a free ad on OLX with similar traction, I could have easily arranged multiple visits myself.

On Tuesday, my RM informed me that 2-3 visits were planned for the weekend, but on Saturday morning, I received a message stating that no visits were scheduled. This is extremely frustrating and a complete waste of time and money.

The weakest link in #Chaava is its background score and music. A.R. Rahman’s work on the soundtrack and B.G.M. doesn't live up to the movie's potential. Ajay-Atul would have been a much better choice for the music.
