@pulmonary_rehab Interessant, Martijn. Een replica van Nijmeegs onderzoek dat reeds lang geleden dezelfde resultaten toonde. De hierop volgende studie waarin dit concept werd gebruikt tijdens een fysiek trainingsprogramma liet geen meerwaarde zien. Ben benieuwd wat deze groep gaat vinden.
