I contacted Vinted Legal over two weeks ago and was told I would receive a response. I have received nothing. No update, no explanation, and no protection despite ongoing harassment and reporting abuse.

Each time I contact Vinted, I receive the same copy-and-paste responses with no investigation, no safeguarding action, and no explanation of what I am supposedly doing wrong.

I have also reported numerous other accounts using stolen images from sites such as AliExpress. Every one of these reports has been ignored, while action is repeatedly taken against my account instead.

I have told Vinted repeatedly that this harassment is affecting my mental health and that medical evidence / doctor’s notes can be provided. This has been ignored, while enforcement actions continue based on reports from the same user.

CPSilver continues to message me, mock me via profile changes (“ha ha ha”), and repeatedly report my account AFTER being told not to contact me and AFTER being informed police are involved. This has continued for over two weeks.
