My brain is weird. I spent days avoiding calling my prospects from the DMs. But in reality, it wasn't so bad. The first call? I was nervous. The second call? Better. The rest of the calls? Nerves gone.

My experience working with local clients is always sh*t. I still get many proposals to work with local clients, but the headache is just not worth it. That said, local is where I started out my journey, and I will always be thankful for that.

People love to have opinions. Even on topics they don't understand. Don't spend time trying to change their minds. Find out what they believe and build bridges to get them to the other side. (No. This post isn't about the holidays.)

Scripts and templates are good. But if you don't understand why they work then you'll forever be chasing the next great template.

Checklists are overrated. You can have an ad that checks all the boxes... But if the big idea is off then no one will buy.

I never got cold outreach to work. My cold messages would get nasty replies and only a few meetings. But that's when I realized my mistake. ...You can't improve what you don't track. Now all my results get tracked daily. Will report back on the results.
