Today, I officially filed to seek a fourth—and final—term in the Missouri House of Representatives. Serving as your State Representative has been the honor of my life. When I first ran for this office, I promised to fight for limited government, defend our constitutional liberties, protect life, back the blue, and stand strong for Missouri families. I have worked every day to keep those promises. This final term is about finishing strong. That means continuing to cut taxes so Missouri families can keep more of their hard-earned money. It means pushing back against wasteful spending and making state government more efficient and accountable. And it means expanding real school choice—so parents, not bureaucracies, decide where their children learn and thrive. I’m grateful for the trust you’ve placed in me and would be honored to earn your support one more time as we continue working to keep Missouri a place where faith, family, and opportunity flourish. Let’s finish the job.

Ellen and I were honored to attend a Christmas Party at the White House earlier this week. It was an amazing once in a lifetime opportunity and the First Lady did an incredible job with the decorations. It was absolutely beautiful.

Today feels heavy. America is divided and we are reminded again of all of the lives lost to the terrorist attack against our country 24 years ago. But we also remember the way the country, and world, came together that day to help one another and look beyond their differences. The way that neighbors came to the aid of their fellow Americans without hesitation. We are still Americans. We still know how to come together for better. We still know how to love one another. Above it all, God is still bigger. We will never forget the lives lost on 9/11/01, but we will also never forget the love and bravery and unity shown in the aftermath. Let us continue to pray for America and strive to do better and love our neighbors again.

The fatal shooting of Charlie Kirk at Utah Valley University is a horrific loss and a heartbreaking reminder of the escalating dangers that villainizing political opponents poses. Regardless of one’s political beliefs or disagreements, no one should ever be subject to violence for expressing their views, and we must recommit ourselves to protecting the foundational freedoms our nation was founded upon. My full heart goes out to the beautiful family he leaves behind and I ask that we pray for his wife and two young children. Violence is never the answer to political discourse, and it is more important now than ever to lower the temperatures and remember we are all Americans.

There was a tremendous turnout for @AlexRileyMO, as he announced his run for the MO Speaker of the House. He’s a man of Christian integrity, conservative principles, and relational humility.

I'm excited to announce I am running to serve as the next Speaker of the Missouri House of Representatives. We have accomplished a lot together over the past few years, but more remains. I look forward to continuing to work with my House colleagues to deliver real results!

We have lots of snakes and snails and puppy dog tails around here, so a little more sugar and spice to even things out will be nice! 💙🩷💙🩷 We're so excited to be adding another little girl to our family and she is due this September!
