We tested our crackers to see how many live bacteria survive the dehydration process. Here's what we found: Live & Active Cultures: Our fermentation process is holding strong with a Lactic Acid Bacteria count of 530,000 cfu/g. In a standard 50g serving, that’s over 26 million live cultures for your gut. Metabolic Powerhouse: These aren't just empty carbs, they are packed with 24g of fiber and 23g of protein per 100g. Brain & Heart Fuel: We clocked in a massive 11.8g of Omega-3 fats and 1150mg of Potassium per 100g. Dietary Nitrates (The good kind): With 1610 mg/kg of nitrates, these are designed to support blood flow and natural energy. We didn't want to just tell you they were healthy, we wanted to prove it.

wtf have they done to this. 😭 Looks like a big office block.
