Awesome day at Dodgers winter baseball camp for the boys. Saab boys with the Choi boys. They will remember playing on the field their entire life. There was even an outfield collission but Alexander survived.

To prevent the spread of #COVID-19 we will be closing all city parks July 3-5. An anticipated influx of visitors to parks makes it difficult for the public to adhere to the County’s Health Officer Order, which requires six feet of physical distance and prohibits group gatherings.

The City of Downey launched our first bike share station this morning at Discovery Park. Thanks to a grant from Metro, people can check out a bike, for a nominal fee, and return them at designated stations throughout the city. Additional stations will be installed throughout.
