@cassodile Try and find a 30 mbps+ upload, for a stable stream.
Again, we're trying to manage the minimum acceptable score by the isp. If your pc tries to send too much information, it will bottleneck and drop frames. Requiring higher bandwidth to catch up.

@cassodile So, assuming you have only 1 user, and you're only watching 1 stream (excess available for browsing). You can go with a 15mbps with a minimum of 10mbps.
That all being said, there are other metrics which will vary by isp which will impact performance.

If you change the perspective, the corporation believes that they are elevating Blizzard/Activision to compete with the "Big guys".
So by empowering blizzard Activision and increasing their scale, they can compete more. They wont.. but they "can".

Some one explain to me like I’m 5 how the Microsoft acquisition of Activision Blizzard is “a deal that benefits gamers and allows more competition”?
How does fewer and fewer companies owning more and more do this? What is the benefit to the gamer?

The legal system worked: A fair and neutral court has reached the correct conclusion about Activision Blizzard’s merger with Microsoft based on facts and the law. The judge’s ruling rejects the FTC’s ideologically-driven attempt to prevent a deal that benefits gamers and allows more competition instead of protecting the market leader.
