A Ring camera caught a USPS mail carrier tossing mail and packages from the truck onto the concrete walkway leading to the front door instead of walking them up. Everyone understands delivery drivers are busy and under pressure, but customers shouldn’t have to worry about their mail and packages being thrown around just to save a few extra steps.

As early as 1992, I noticed that McDonald's hamburgers in California and neighboring states were often served cold. I remember this because it was really unpleasant when the cheese hadn't melted at all onto the meat. In contrast, this almost never happened in France. This decline in fast food in the United States does not appear to be a recent phenomenon. I think everything was better with the older generations of Americans.

This McDonald’s employee really looked at that slice of cheese hanging halfway out of the sandwich, closed the box, and thought, “Yep, that’s good to go.” It’s not even about the cheese. It’s about the complete lack of pride in doing the job right. When you’re paying more than ever for fast food, the least customers should expect is a sandwich that looks like someone spent five seconds making it.
