Procrastinating is BY FAR the most brain dead thing I do. I get it in my head that "it" is going to take me forever. So I push it off. And I wait. And it floods my thoughts. And I feel terrible. Then I do it. And it takes maybe an hour.

Mental performance enhancers are legal crack and a literal cheat code. "Oh Alex they're placebos and don't have any real scientific backing" And??? I believe they have an effect. I believe they enhance my cognitive function. And because I BELIEVE IT. They do. Placebo >

Do what YOU want to do. Not what your parents want you to do. Or what that guru said to do. Do whatever you want bruh. This is it. This is your one chance.

The roles that consistency and momentum play in business are so massive it's hard to describe (pause). Outreach for example: Going from 50 DMs/day to 5/day is a pretty insane drop. But the gap from 5-0 is so much more impactful. 5/day 5 days a week is at least you attempting to change your life 25 times. 0 is no effort. I guarantee those 0 live in the back of your mind. So while you're plagued with the feeling of guilt and failure on top of that you're doing NOTHING. And more often than not the people that I talk to who completely fall off and hit 0 take so long to send another dm. Stopping allows those bad thoughts to creep up. "What if this won't work for me?" "Should I pivot industries?" "Am I not cut out of business?" But those 5 QUALITY "attempts" will certainly result in a positive outcome EVENTUALLY. Here's the thing. The odds are low. But not 0. So that 5/day turns into 10, then 20, then 50. And all of the sudden the momentum is CARRYING and you're sending out 300 quality DMs a week. Having more conversations than you know what to do with. And it's all because you kept the ball rolling instead of stopping. Idc if it seems like nothing. Stay consistent however you can. 1 dm a day keep the dial moving in the right direction. The only people who fail quit.

$10,000 in 30 days challenge as a "New" copywriter - 10 day summary: The rules are simple. You must send 30-50 NEW DMs/day for 30 days. I wanted to do this challenge to prove how easy it really is to get experience and land clients as a freelancer and my results so far have been pretty sick. I've honestly been drowning in trial projects and new client work for a little while now but that's what I started the grind for. Felt like I had been stagnant for a while and wanted to spice things up and I definitely got exactly that. I've talked to well over 20 business owners now and I've realized that I have actually cracked cold outreach. I've been sharing my secrets with my students in @CardinalMason inner circle and they've also been ripping. $10k may actually be too easy of a challenge but only time will tell. Outreach is only "annoying" when it isn't what they need. No ecom store owner who wants a more engaged email list will be mad when you pitch them on email. No info product owner will be mad when you pitch them on more calls booked. Find what they want and offer it. Simple

It’s such a pain in the ass to get a new Amex that I will just let the scammer use my card sometimes He booked a flight to Cancun yesterday for $170. Paid a $137 speeding ticket today. I don’t rly care. Would rather fund his lil lifestyle than have to replace my card.
