@DPD_HelpHub my parcel has been delivered to the wrong house (no idea where). Copied parcel ref into your “how can we help” only to get a can’t find. Why is it so hard to get assistance?
@LoveMeadowhall what a joke! Parking ticket for using a family space when I’ve got my 2 young children! Didn’t see the small writing to say you have to faff about registering to use a family parking space! Shocking!
@IcelandFoods very disappointed. In delivery found 2 damaged items which threw away as were no use. App doesn’t say what to do, website has form to complete. Now been asked for pics, useby dates, barcode etc. Why so much info required, other supermarkets do few clicks on app!?
@KFC_UKI_Help I have a very disappointed child! Ordered the 8 piece boneless feast for the family to share but when unpacking at home, there was no popcorn chicken (which is all one of my children eats from KFC) 😢

@NOWHelpTeam yet again received an email for overdue payment even though when I log on everything is clearly cancelled and I rang last month to confirm there were no further payments due.
