@c_danmar @astro_jje @GeorgeOAllen @Brii_toe_knee I agree with you and the OP, but it can be useful to acknowledge that whilst coding itself isn’t necessarily a talent, there are traits one can have that you make you (more likely to be) good at coding. Conscientiousness definitely being one of them.

@astro_jje @GeorgeOAllen @Brii_toe_knee I fully endorse people being able to pursue whatever hobbies/skills they feel passionate about and would never discourage anyone from doing so. And hard work is pivotal to success, I was just acknowledging that some people are naturally better are things than others.

@0x49fa98 @vgr @MimeticValue I agree, once a user reaches a critical mass of followers (approximately 1-2k) then I think it’s almost impossible to have a completely unacknowledged tweet. It can become more about the the person than the statement/opinion/idea itself

Challenge to people with more than 5k followers: try to tweet a thought that you think is interesting, and fairly clear in your own head, that gets NO likes or RTs.

Not all the T cells that are intratumoral are necessarily tumor reactive - that number is ~10%. Might explain why even empirically "hot" tumors have variable response to ICIs. This is also pertinent to ongoing efforts at isolating TILs from solid tumors. nature.com/articles/s4159…

In two different mouse models of #cancer, @Regeneron scientists found the dual treatment of PD-1 and GITR antibodies resulted in greater antitumor responses, compared to treatment with either antibody alone: bit.ly/2EZwCI4
