Conscientiousness definitely being one of them.

And hard work is pivotal to success, I was just acknowledging that some people are naturally better are things than others.

Challenge to people with more than 5k followers: try to tweet a thought that you think is interesting, and fairly clear in your own head, that gets NO likes or RTs.

Not all the T cells that are intratumoral are necessarily tumor reactive - that number is ~10%. Might explain why even empirically "hot" tumors have variable response to ICIs. This is also pertinent to ongoing efforts at isolating TILs from solid tumors. nature.com/articles/s4159…
