Well I did it, I finally beat the last boss of the Elden Ring DLC. Not gonna lie this fight almost broke me... I was ready to call it quits. But I managed to do it without summons in the end. Never again😭

Eh people have been accusing good players of being hackers since online PvP was invented. We just have way more streamers and YouTubers and are drowning in more daily social media complaints than we used to so it’s all public

Pragmata reviews are crazy. How Capcom took a completely new IP, for it to vanish without a trace for 4 years, come back as something completely fresh and is now one of their recent best reviewed games. Bizarro world stuff. Looking forward to playing it.

The craziest thing about Lies of P is that it's Neowiz's first Soulslike. They nailed so many aspects while also introducing new things to set it apart, and Overture proved it wasn't just luck either. They know what they're doing. Can't wait for the inevitable sequel.

Lies of P at 80 is actually criminal. Besides the level design it's practically flawless and on par with some of the best in the genre.

@KahliefAdams I can at least see it for sports games because those are already based on real athletes but for everything else this looks horrendous.

It is SO INTERESTING to see where some of the tech looks to improve some parts, but on the other hand, completely change what looks to be the artistic vision.
The grifter space, trying to make characters look more "beautiful," has absolutely spoiled the tech because it looks like what they've been showing us for the past year.
I DO wanna play with this because in some genres, I think this tech could shine. Like in the sports space, we could really get to a photorealistic realm without mods or new cyberfaces for something like NBA 2K or WWE 2K.

I just finished Hell on my warlock having never played D2 in my life. And I honestly can't put it down, which is shocking to me because I've never been a fan of old/remastered games. I couldn't even bring myself to finish the ES:IV Oblivion remaster and that game, I shit you not, defined my early years.
I can't say for certain how much of the game was carried by the RotW update, but as it is D2 held up insanely well, and I came in fully ready to not like it.
Playing D2 when it launched must have been fucking spectacular, shame I missed that. But at least I have one more staple ARPG to add to my rotation now. 🫡

Diablo 4 is adding more loot systems, but inventory organization is not evolving with them. For some players, stash is still the real endgame boss.
