Self reflection is vital in life, and it’s a skill to be able to notice and deal with the outcomes... I get anxious, I over think, I often convince myself I’m not good enough. But I know I do it. I know what to do to make myself feel better, and then I move on.

I have already felt the impact of this delay first hand so soon into role. But it’s not only the impact on the child, it’s the entire strained network that are attempting to support best they can. Parents, families, schools, other medical professionals… the system is exhausted.

Day one of the new role🤓

I am seeing this year as a challenge, and one I am ready to face both personally and professionally. Doors have already opened that have led me to some special people and experiences - making me truly believe in fate (if I didn’t already). 3/4

occasions with family and friends - I found myself in a hole that was hard to lift myself out of. I had to take a step back from work and reality to recharge, which in itself came with many conflicting internalised emotions. But I’ve come out of the other side. 2/4
