The iPhone hate is majorly due to affordability issues but it’s usually forced down by some nonsensical analysis yet we know it’s the price they can’t match so they have to cope with Samsung is better. Android is just android

Until you use Samsung you’ll think iPhone is better😂

I&M Bank is issuing Medium-Term Notes (corporate bonds) worth KSh 10 billion (first tranche), under a larger KSh 20 billion programme.
Essentially you will be lending money to the bank to improve their loan book, strengthen capital and support long term business growth and improve financial stability
The Bond will pay you a fixed interest (coupon) of 12.20% per year, with payments made twice a year (semi-annually) over 5.5 years.
The minimum investment is Kshs 500,000
The offer opened on 30 April 2026 and will close on 15 May 2026, with listing set for 21 May 2026.
If you have money this is a good deal.
If you invest Kshs 1 Million. Every 6 months you will be paid gross of Kshs 61,000 and after tax net of Kshs. 51,850/- which is approximately Kshs. 8700 bob per month better than the Kshs. 5,000 MMfs are giving you Kshs 1 Million invested
I&M is a good investment
For the year ended December 2025, I&M reported a 29 per cent jump in profit before tax, showing solid momentum despite a tough economic environment marked by high interest rates and rising costs.
Operating income grew by 23 per cent, while customer deposits climbed to Ksh349 billion. Net loans stood at Ksh218 billion, pointing to steady credit growth.
It’s a good place to invest your money.

KSh 20,000 in monthly interest may seem modest at first, but when paired with consistent capital injections and disciplined reinvestment, it can scale significantly over time.
The real power lies in combining:
fresh capital contributions,
monthly compounding,
and patience.
What starts as KSh 20,000 monthly can gradually grow toward KSh 100,000+ in monthly passive returns as the capital base expands and returns are reinvested.
This is how wealth compounds in practice, not through overnight wins, not 100% returns, not one time investment, but through a growing asset base feeding on both new money and accumulated returns.
Small cash flow is only “small” when viewed in isolation. In a compounding system, today’s modest return is often the foundation of tomorrow’s meaningful income.

@ascar_raul @AnnNthe13618029 @jbkenya @StateHouseKenya SHA not working as the main compliant, also taking note that hospital is closed for holidays which is rare especially a public hospital.
English

@Alex_freind @AnnNthe13618029 @jbkenya @StateHouseKenya You are misusing your vowels! Simple what is his complain? The Hospital Being Closed or SHA not working?
English

@ascar_raul @AnnNthe13618029 @jbkenya @StateHouseKenya Just reason out before hushing comments because next thing ik is insults. You asked about service, SHA is universal or whatever
How does it fit if the facility is under the county or government?
We expect service, call it out when it's not provided!

Kenya Mortgage Refinance Co (@kmrc_co) is in the market seeking Kes 3.0 billion through an 8-year (5.11 years WAL) tenured Sustainability note.
Proceeds from the issuance earmarked for refinancing Green Home Loans & Social Home Loans as defined in the KMRC Sustainable Finance Framework.
The debt raise augments KMRC's pool of concessional financing from DFIs.
It's the 2nd tranche of the mortgage refinancier's Kes 10.5 billion programme that started in 2022 with a Kes 1.4 billion raise that attracted 480.0 percent oversubscription.
Key dates:
· Offer Opens – April 28th, 2026
· Offer closes – May 12th, 2026
· Results announcement & allotment – May 15th, 2026
· Settlement Date – May 21st, 2026
· Issue date – May 21st, 2026
· Listing & commencement of trading on the NSE – May 25th, 2026
Nothing yet on the interest but I guess a tax free sweetener as we had with Safaricom's Kes 40.0 billion sustainability note (10.4%) will be critical if a single digit/low teens return is to be secured.
