🇺🇸 AI ENERGY COST: Washington wants AI developers and utilities to absorb the grid costs—not households. The White House is preparing to convene utility companies, data-center developers and state governors around a voluntary pledge intended to prevent AI-related electricity demand from increasing household and business power bills. Amazon, Google, Meta, Microsoft, OpenAI, Oracle and xAI have already pledged to cover infrastructure costs associated with their data centers rather than shifting them to utility customers. ⚡️WHAT'S THE STRATEGY? Michael saylor's Strategy is prioritizing cash reserves over further Bitcoin accumulation. Strategy sold $467 million of MSTR shares during the latest reporting period but made no new Bitcoin purchases. Its dollar reserve has risen to $3 billion. The company had previously expanded its reserve to cover preferred dividends, interest obligations and other capital-structure requirements while retaining a Bitcoin position of more than 840,000 BTC.

⚡️Bitcoin at $61786 Bitcoin falls to $61,786 on Monday, down 3.4% in 24h, after trading as high as $64,252 during the session. Ether remained near $1,769. The retreat followed profit-taking, renewed U.S.–Iran hostilities and an Asian-session leverage flush. 🚨Policy Update: 🇹🇭The Bank of Thailand and the country’s Securities and Exchange Commission are auditing unusually large stablecoin transactions, with particular attention to USDT. The initiative forms part of a wider campaign against “grey capital,” illicit finance and unexplained cross-border money movement. Authorities are also considering source-of-funds checks for cash deposits exceeding 5 million baht, or roughly $150,000.

This is likely our last chance to get real legislation for digital assets on the books before 2030. If we fail to pass the Clarity Act, we are ensuring another country will write the rules for digital assets and we spend the next decade catching up.
