Judge Wilson has repeatedly shown he’s not afraid to call out a system that too often fails survivors. Allowing prosecutors to delay cases to unconstitutional lengths harms survivors as well as defendants.

Disappointed to see opponents of Judge Wilson's nomination to be chief of the NY Court of Appeals pitting justice for rape survivors against due process rights for defendants. That frame is not only legally wrong but comes at grave costs to survivors.
