“Do you want to choose someone who will win the primary and lose the general election? Secondly, it is the turn of the South. For the ADC to win this election, they should zone the ticket to the South so they do not lose the election. With an Obi–Kwankwaso ticket, the election will be over by 12 p.m.” — Yunusa Tanko, Obidient Movement National Coordinator

ADC National Youth Leader - Balarabe Rufai
Lagos ADC Youth Wing has taken a firm and peaceful stand, occupying INEC to deliver a clear message: the rule of law must be respected, due process must be upheld, Amupitan must resign immediately, and the Senator David Mark-led leadership must be restored without delay. This is a call for accountability, not chaos. When institutions fail to act with fairness, citizens have a duty to respond with courage and clarity. The demand is simple, restore integrity or step aside. #RestoreDemocracy #ADCYouth #INECAccountability #RuleOfLaw #NigeriaDecides Balarabe Rufai ADC National Youth Leader

Today I mobilized 6 teenagers to register for their PVC today in Akure, they all decided to choose the same polling unit for coordination purposes on the Election Day, so I applied for transfer to the polling unit they agreed on. All our votes are for Peter Obi ONLY. 🙏

I want us to meet the super brilliant girl Josie Ani. She met me this morning at South East Educators Conference to buy her book. She is 15 years old and wrote this beautiful book "Diary of my INK". She turned her experience through secondary school and life into poetry. I saw a little Chimamanda in her and we need to support her to continue making great strides. I bought mine already and i love it. This book is just N10k and we need this in every home for every child.

Kano city stood still today as ADC youths flooded the streets in a fierce protest against INEC, accusing the commission of losing every trace of credibility, neutrality, and public trust. What began as a protest quickly became a thunderous message to those attempting to manipulate Nigeria’s democracy: the youth are watching, the people are awake, and silence is no longer an option. With chants echoing across the city and anger written boldly on every banner, the demonstrators made it clear that Nigerians will not fold their arms while democratic institutions are turned into tools for political convenience. This was not an ordinary protest. It was a direct warning that the patience of the people is running out.

Yesterday, we did not merely hold a convention, we made a statement to history. Against intimidation, against institutional silence, against calculated obstacles designed to weaken the will of the people, the ADC stood firm. What happened yesterday was not just a political gathering; it was a declaration that democracy, when owned by the people, cannot be suspended by fear, nor postponed by manipulation. In the face of uncertainty, our party chose courage over convenience. In the face of pressure, we chose principle over compromise. And in the face of attempts to fracture our unity, we stood stronger, more resolved, and more united than ever before. This convention has sent a clear message across Nigeria: the opposition is not weak, the opposition is not divided, and the opposition will not be silenced. What we witnessed was the rebirth of political consciousness, a reminder that power does not belong to a few individuals in high offices, but to the millions of Nigerians whose voices demand to be heard. History will record that at a critical moment, when democracy itself was being tested, a group of determined patriots chose to stand up, not for themselves, but for the soul of our nation. The beginning of a movement that refuses to bow. The beginning of a people who have rediscovered their strength. The beginning of a new chapter where Nigeria will no longer be held hostage by fear, but driven forward by courage, justice, and truth. Yesterday proved one thing above all: no matter how dark the night may seem, the dawn of a new Nigeria is inevitable. -DrMo
