You know those mobile "strategy" games with misleading ads showing gameplay that doesn't exist? 😹 I spent 15 years in F2P mobile. Now I'm building the game that actually plays like the ad. 😼 Armada — real 4X on top, real tactics on the ground. 🕹️ Zoom from the global map all the way down to your squad breaching a wall with direct controls, forces morale, evacuation missions, base development, clans & politics. Cartoon animals. No cartoon strategy. More soon.

@walashes111 Oh yes! But day 30 - is exactly where the rewards are starting to be reaped 😼

@AlexanderKorch7 Misleading ads happened because that 20 second loop always slapped. Making it hold up at day 30 is the real boss fight.

@CRicenls You are right - and since the research is over: we can get down to actual delivery! 🚀

@AlexanderKorch7 misleading ads were market research in disguise. the hard part isn't shipping the fantasy, it's making it survive the retention loop.

@SpaYetii You're very correct: why not do both? 😿 Because it's only the profit in mind with a 300-people team - we're very small, nimble, veteran and devoted! 😼

@AlexanderKorch7 fake demo tax was always trust, not ctr. if the install actually cashes the promise, d1 does half the marketing.

@AlexanderKorch7 those fake ads were just free user research, UA found the fantasy, product teams never built it

@Boswdrth It's both true and untrue, I'd say - eventually too many spreadsheet games are out there, with unconnected mini-games that don't change a thing for the player 😺

@AHendersonds This is so true - every aspect is important, but studios & publishers at scale: tend to forget, why we all play games.

@AlexanderKorch7 mobile never lacked demand for those ads, it lacked fulfillment. if gameplay cashes the same fantasy, retention writes itself

@JaredAdamsPhoto I couldn't put it better, man - and eventually it's broken trust on fake promises. 😾 App Ratings of those games just speak for themselves pretty much: NO real gameplay in ads and Pay-to-Win - we ain't either. 🫡

@AlexanderKorch7 the fake ad was always the real product, the rest was spreadsheet gaming.

an Eggstremely Hard game - BBear Studio
My game is about to hit 50,000 wishlists (!!), and a huge part of that is thanks to @IndieGameJoe This past week alone brought +6,387 wishlists after his post. What Joe is doing for indie devs is incredible, it’s a reminder that one thoughtful share can truly change everything for small devs like me. Thank you for supporting indie games and helping dreams grow 🪿

@Drive369_dao Question is very good and timely: 👍 hand-made on every aspect of the soul 🙏 and boosted with today's tech as well! 😼 (this is hand-written btw, DM me if you got questions - but I'll give slightly limited answers 😹)

let me be very clear. i did not build hermes agent. hermes agent is built by @Teknium and @NousResearch with 300+ contributors who deserve recognition. what i am is a contributor, a tester, and the loudest fan in the room with some PRs merged and every benchmark i run goes through hermes agent. the community is something i helped grow but the codebase is teknium's work. credit where credit belongs. always.
Tekholms.aptm@adsilva264

@songadaymann my own but @sudoingX has built Hermes which really is mindblowingly amazing.
