@player1129949 @CoachlessGG Not enough damage to burst, not enough ability haste to spam, no survivability stats, shields just worse than most other items. Basically just a few ability caster bruisers build it, like red kayn (rip old voltaic), but even then yommu is better ti carry lately

@Sora_CAD Yeah a duelist who has to be close to the fight and thus expose themeselves to dying, has a good damage blocking tool, unlike the artilery mage who can reflect spells back and move during the ability, all while being a screen away. Surely good comparison

The new item Divine Sunderer is too strong. Its healing and the mythic passive giving 5% armor and magic pen for each completed item is insane. This needs to be removed ASAP

Here's the thing... I get what they were trying to do here, but it doesn't make sense for Eve as a character in the world they live in... why would raising a child alone be a problem for her or scary? She doesn't have a job that she needs, She doesn't go to school, Her powers can literally create amazing shelter and resources (food and diapers) for her and the kid. For petesake, she used to live in a tree house mansion for months without end. And if it's about losing her free time, she could easily hire a babysitter for the days she wants for herself. I mean... if it was someone like Amber, I understand she's a normal human being she can't magic up shit to help her with a crying child that needs constant attention and care. BUT EVE IS A LITERAL GOD IN HUMAN FLESH! That kid needs a diaper change she can flip her finger, and it's done. Not to mention she'd have Debby, and in the time I guess Paul... who would be glad to help from time to time. So, it doesn't make sense, because Eve isn't a normal scared human girl without options and choices to survive on her own with a baby compared to most young woman, so message goes flat and has no weight but making her look selfish. This feels more insulting than inspiring.

Terrible change to phase rush and its really disappointing
Would have been better and completely logical to keep phase rush while reworking it to keep the identity and remove whats toxic about it
This rune will be completely useless in any instance you would want phase rush. In cases where youre strong enough to do 25% of someones hp it will already be so late in the game where most of the value of phase rush comes from early game lack of mobility on champs. Even still where it has its cases later its just not worth taking a rune that will only give you value so late into the game in also situational cases. its not like first strike that scales but also is very consistent
Other cases you could proc this without being so fed is where enemy doesnt have flash or dashes so you can actually combo them to do 25% hp whereas you wouldnt even need phase rush/SS in the first place and would prefer any other rune in that situation. phase rush is good for catching up to champs with high mobility or flash for early game.
A better fix would have been to just make phase rush only give movement speed when moving towards enemies instead of away from them with a small compensation buff with adaptive damage or force.
The reason for this is phase rush is meant to make up for lack of mobility on a champion or keep up with enemy champs having mobility. So you keep the identity of the rune while also removing the reason people hate phase rush and what makes it hard to balance. which is champions taking it as a get out of jail free card. ryze pressing q e w and running at mach 10 while youre also rooted and doesnt even need flash. or a hecarim invading you with no ult and no ghost up but can get away with siphoning your entire jungle because he can run away with phase rush.

@zac_gaming__ Imagine it would be even slighlty worse and you'd never build it. It's just meant to be a strong tool that keeps you fighting, so it's not intrinsically op as much as champs who get it are just naturally stronger the longer they fight, it's an enabler item imo, more than a op one

@bobbibearss U can just read or view them in champ select, and usually u just wanna categorize champs based on what they wanna do and adapt, anivia wants to put me in bad positions and slow me, rengar wants bushes, yasuo minions, blitz has a hook etc
