Honoured to have participated in European Congress of Endocrinology 2026 #ece2026 in Prague over the past few days, where I had the opportunity to contribute both as a speaker in the Meet the Experts session and as chair of one of the congress sessions focused on endocrine disruptors and environmental health. It was encouraging to see how strongly the topic of endocrine-disrupting chemicals is gaining visibility! @Alexica_b @biljana_parapid @novinarupenziji Hvala! To i radim, slušajući ove zaključke. Jer ponekad malo karagenana i MSG, jednom nedeljno, nije strašno. Nesreća što je taj karagenan neizbežan u u mlečnim proizvodima.

Postavili u Lindi tač-skrin sa informacijama o pekarskim proizvodima. Katastrofa koliko hemije ima:

Da pojednostavim, unos ovih aditiva trebalo bi svesti na što manju meru.

Ipak zbog mogućnosti prekoračenja dozvoljenog dnevnog unosa, posebno kod mononatrijum glutamata, preporučuje se pažljivo praćenje unosa ovih aditiva.
