Most actors are shitty towards writers & don’t even know who they are. I’m so glad my mom raised us to value every person who shows up to work each day. Not because of what they can do for you but because they are working their asses off to create the production that employs you.

Dating a writer has been such an eye opening experience on the creative process and exactly how much hard work goes into the scripts actors receive (and expect) on a weekly basis. I wish we knew more about what happens in the writer’s room and who our writers are.

It is absolutely a team effort and there are layers of super talented folks necessary to get to the final product. But the main layer…… The main characters who often don’t get the credit they deserve are the WRITERS.

I need y’all to understand… The content you love and crave…that series you binged and are demanding more of… NONE of that happens without the gifted WRITERS who create the absolute guides (scripts) for what you see. They create the characters, they create the worlds.
