Disappointed in @MiraShowers today. Being told a £97 essential part is "out of warranty" despite failing twice in a short window. Surely a diverter should last longer than 17 months under the Consumer Rights Act? High price, low durability. 🚿❌ #ConsumerRights #BadService

@mirashowers I've contacted them via email. As it's 17 months old it's apparently out of your hands. A 12 month warranty on a premium shower part is shocking. It's failed twice now. This must be a manufacturing/design fault? I've always bought Mira. Feel really let down.
