No course He sold Amazon inventory through Q4 and the bank paid for every dollar of it $312,000 in profit before January 14th He runs a private label brand on Amazon. Average product cost $7, retail $32. 78% gross margin. Sells 30,000-45,000 units a year. Most sellers in his category run on cash flow with limited capital, restocking weekly, constantly out of inventory in Q4 when demand spikes 4-6x Q4 is where Amazon sellers either print or die. The seller with $50K in inventory loses to the seller with $500K. Larger inventory = larger ad budget = better ranking = more sales velocity = more inventory turnover He doesn't have $500K. He has a 730 FICO and an LLC July of every year, he stacks 0% business credit. Chase Ink Business Unlimited, Chase Ink Business Cash, Amex Blue Business Plus, Amex Business Gold, Capital One Spark, US Bank Triple Cash. Annual interest on $250K capital: $30K-$45K just to access the same money for one Q4 cycle The 0% business card stack costs $8K per cycle. The financing alternative costs $35K-$50K per cycle. Same capital. $25K-$40K difference per year. Over 4 years that's $100K-$160K in capital cost he didn't pay because he sequenced 5 credit applications instead of begging Shopify Capital for the same money The reason this works specifically for Amazon Q4: Amazon's Q4 demand spike is the single most predictable revenue event in physical product retail. Sellers with sufficient inventory + ad budget routinely 4-6x their annual revenue in 90 days. The constraint is capital, not market Sellers who solve the capital constraint don't compete with sellers who haven't. They operate on a different math entirely He didn't go to business school. He didn't raise from VCs. He didn't pitch on Shark Tank. He went to irs. gov, formed 3 LLCs, applied for 6 business cards, and let Amazon's own algorithm reward him with $890K in revenue The product is fine. The product was always fine.
