For the last 16 weeks I did a lifting plan I created myself. This was a huge mind fuck for me because my body weight stayed the same, but my lifting weights increased. So I had to trust the process. The changes might be subtle, but the definition is staring and I feel strong 💪

After having 3 kids I’m feeling much more confident in my skin. Focusing on taking care of my body over these last 3 months have made such a difference in my everyday movement and more importantly my mental health! The sun definitely helps boost my mood❤️

Day 2 of my new Split. Today was Upper Push day and WHEW BABY! BUT I saw definition in my arms for the first time 😭😭 Bout to make being a Muscle Mommy my whole new personality trait 💪💁🏼‍♀️
