关于ParaSpace信息都十分纷扰 总结一下几个关键点 1. ParaSpace是以公司注册并运营，应该符合注册地的Corporate Governance来管理 2. 没有发币，所以不存在持币社区，也不存在去中心化治理结构，跟现有用户使用的是服务协议 3. 因此Jay 和Thomas提到的“社区来决定谁来run ParaSpace”是空穴来风。你不能说你是微信忠实用户或者小程序开发者，你就能发动大家罢免马化腾你去当CEO 4. Blockchain does not lie. 但是更不会说谎的是公司注册文件和法币银行账户权限。而@yuboruan是之前Coinbase/红杉/Polychain融资文件的签字人以及法币银行账户的权限人。 5. @yuboruan 作为founder永远是项目的第一责任人，并且立即清偿了700k的债务。而Jay和Thomas是永远不可能assume这个责任的。 6. 明眼人一眼就知道是外包team想篡权的戏码，而鸠占鹊巢的野心家永远是短视的。不要站错队了。

@ParaSpace_NFT @yuboruan Currently the @ParaSpace_NFT is controlled by the guys who were trusted by Yubo before. We don't trust them any more as they are trying to use the media, which belongs to the company, against the company, and did A LOT OF DAMAGE to the user and the team.

1/ On 9/13, our Testnets API endpoints will cut over from Rinkeby to Goerli ahead of The Merge and Rinkeby deprecation. We will not support both chains concurrently so you will need to upgrade to a new version of our SDK at that time.
