Roughly in the $200k–$750k+ range is a reasonable ballpark for a full CCTP integration on a new non-EVM chain like Algorand (mid-to-high six figures most likely), but this is highly speculative and not based on any official Circle pricing.

One of the ppl, an OG Algorand builder and a fren of ours, reported a bug - confirmed! - and it was a doozie! At 20x the UI caused circular margin and size change requirement and wouldn't let you send the order.
Bug SO squashed! Fixed, deployed.
We have all the leverage!

Bitcoin failed as peer to peer electronic cash.
Because it never scaled.
Even worse news: post-quantum signatures are bigger than the ones they replace.
Signature and public key together can push a transaction's onchain data to ~ 7,200 bytes.
If every blockchain just bolted PQC on as-is, throughput would drop.
Quantus avoids that problem with ZK proofs.
Many transactions combine into a single proof, which is verifiable onchain.
Post-quantum, without the throughput penalty.
