Dike, when he’s this fit is such a handful, forces errors, attacks the ball and physically occupies the man so well. Forced two really good saves, definitely the key striker now, shame the season is finishing for him in this form.

After that Oxford game you honestly couldn’t see where the next point was coming from. Players too have been quite rightly been battered, to put this run together takes a lot of bollocks from everyone. Fair play!!!

@TheRainbowStand I think if we get the point we need to guarantee safety, we might just take the hit to get the matter closed. IMO we should fight and prove a point. But I don’t think we will unless we dp get relegated.

When the season ends the club will fight it, they will win and everybody will see the EFL for the corrupt organisation that they are.

Btw, we’re not getting fucking relegated with a 2 point deduction. It’s wrong, but stop dramatising it. We won’t lose our last 2 games, and if we do Oxford won’t win their last 2. It’s done, relax. Albion will probably only appeal that if the above was to actually happen.

@shaun3_ One deliberately spends tens of millions over the threshold to gain sporting advantages leading to promotion with the quite clear intention of avoiding punishment. Another pays wages of staff helping disabled kids play football. Difference is 4 points, are you alright?

@Algore1990 You clearly have no idea what you're talking about. The precedents have already been set before you. Leicester's points deduction was based on the adjusted losses based on Birmingham's deductions before you and already written thresholds of losses. Same with yours.

@bhxoff Are you saying that it’s right that the EFL can deduct clubs points retrospectively for ‘rules’ that were not in place at the time?

So a club can sell its hotel to itself, sell its women’s team to itself, but West Brom are punished, they believe, for legitimate “in-kind” donations to the Albion Foundation, its charity partner that saves lives. Albion also believe the alleged PSR breach is “less than £2m”

#wba fined 2pts for £2m overspend, much of which was charity work which the EL retrospectively punished. Chelsea guilty of 36 separate illegal payments of £48m for players like Hazard, Willian, Matic, Luiz which helped them win trophies. No points deduction or transfer ban.
