A few days ago, while travelling through Lahore, I got fuel from the HASCOL petrol pump in Valencia at around 8:40 PM. I made the payment through my JazzCash Pay Card. The amount of approximately PKR 15,000 was deducted from my account successfully, but the machine did not generate a slip and the payment was not received by the HASCOL pump. The pump staff informed me that the amount had not been received on their side and that it would be automatically reversed to my account within 24 hours. Because of this, I had to make the payment again using another card. When I contacted JazzCash support, I was told to wait 45 days for the amount to either be reversed or settled. Why is it taking so long to settle a payment? And how, after 45 days, would I go to Lahore and track down the same pump and staff and assert this claim if payment is not reversed? I'm sure they won't even pay today after a week... further traveling 200 kms would cost me more... this is not problem resolution, instead it is a new problem in creation PKR 15,000 is not a small amount. I request you to please resolve this issue urgently and reverse my deducted amount as soon as possible @JazzCash @jazzpk @MobilinkBank @StateBank_Pak @GovtofPakistan @GovtofPunjabPK @CMComplaintCell

The entire world welcomes the two-week ceasefire. We need peace, not war. But it is deeply disturbing that Pakistan has played an active role in brokering the two-week ceasefire between Iran and the United States. India has been let down by a man who is being blackmailed by the US and Israel.
