Erling Haaland on the 2025/26 season: 🗣️ “The whole club should use this as motivation now, we should be angry, we should feel the fire inside our belly because it's not good enough.” 😤 🗣️ “It's gone two years now [without winning the Premier League], it feels like forever, and we're going to do everything we can, everyone that will be here next season, to win the league..." 🗣️ "[This season] was better than last season. I felt we could've still pushed a little more in the league, but again it's over now, so it's easy to say now. And in the end, we won two trophies which is important, but in the end we want the Premier as well..." 😤 How would you rate this season? Be completely honest.👇🏻

Pep Guardiola's message to #ManCity fans tonight: "LET ME TALK WITH MY CHAIRMAN! I know they love me so much, I love you more! I know that! "It's the best place to be, I love this place. I adore it! "So let me talk about my club, right? Even if the people say I've talked with a thousand million people and persons... I was just incredibly, incredibly focussed on my job, and when we are in competitions I'm there, I was there and this is what I have to do..."

Chelsea, Liverpool, and Man United fans should be the ones drowning in sorrow and shame. You start the season backing your own clubs, only to end up supporting City by december just to stop Arsenal. Now Arsenal have their league title, while we’re chilling with a domestic double.

#Togo #Afrique #integration #Libre #panafricanism #voyage #cooperation

• Winning just the Carabao Cup in a season is a big achievement for most big clubs. •Winning just the FA Cup alone is a big achievement for most big clubs. WE WON BOTH THIS SEASON be proud, it was a solid season for us considering we are in a rebuild. on to next season......

A village is not just where people sleep. It is a physical record of how a people think. Switzerland did not become orderly because it became wealthy. It became wealthy in part because it was orderly. The timber chalet sitting precisely on its plot. The flower box maintained through winter. The path that connects every house to every other house without confusion. The mountain behind it all, unchanged and the village refusing to embarrass itself in front of it. Order is not decoration. It is a decision made at every scale; from how a wall is laid to how a street meets a square to how a village sits inside a valley. When that decision is made consistently, across generations, it compounds. The built environment begins to hold people to a standard. The standard becomes culture. We can debate governance, funding, and colonial history. But the village that cannot keep its own street clean is not waiting for a better government. It is waiting for a different relationship with the space it inhabits. Architecture is order made physical. And order, applied to every aspect of living, how we build, how we maintain, how we relate to the land we occupy… is where everything else begins. A factory owner in Ashulia, Bangladesh, wanted to build a mosque for his workers. He gave the commission to a Bangladeshi architect. Not an imported name. Not a foreign firm. A local architect who understood the land, the climate, and the culture she was building for. In 2025, Time Magazine named it one of the greatest places in the world, the first Bangladeshi building to ever appear on that list. The entire structure is one material. One colour. Pink-pigmented concrete, perforated with small rectangular voids that filter light into the prayer hall the way hanging lanterns did in old mosques. A dome floats unsupported over the circular prayer space. The high plinth references the Bhiti, the earthen mound that Bangladeshi homes have been built upon for centuries in the deltaic floodplain. The building knows where it comes from because the architect did. Across Africa, clients with the same resources make a different call. Foreign firms. Imported aesthetics. Buildings that could exist anywhere. The brief gets fulfilled. The opportunity gets wasted. Trusting a local architect with his mother’s name just made global history. That should mean something to us. Zebun Nessa Mosque, Ashulia, Bangladesh 🇧🇩 | Studio Morphogenesis | Lead Architect: Saiqa Iqbal Meghna | 6,060 sq.ft | 2023 | 📷 Asif Salman, City Syntax
