It was a proud moment last night as @LBHF’s Planning Committee unanimously resolved to grant permission for its part of the Earls Court masterplan – a major milestone shaped through years of collaboration with residents, community groups and local partners. We’re creating an inclusive new neighbourhood for West London: c.4,000 homes 12,000 jobs 3 cultural venues 20 acres of public realm + green space 2.5m sq ft of climate-innovation workspace Design excellence runs throughout the proposals. The first affordable homes in LBHF are designed by Stirling Prize winners, and our award-winning Public Realm Inclusivity Panel has set a new benchmark for accessible, inclusive public space. Thank you to everyone involved and to LBHF for its careful consideration.
