We offer you our sincerest gratitude. Recently, we have seen many thoughtful voices emerging within the community. These messages have moved us greatly and prompted the team to reflect more carefully on our work. Every opinion and every feeling shared is not a casual remark but a meaningful response born from emotional engagement. From the very beginning, Valkyrie Heart was envisioned as the story of a newly awakened Valkyrie walking side by side with the Einheriar, supporting one another, gradually coming to understand the world, and drawing closer to her own heart along the way. This concept grew from ongoing exchanges among the team during development, including reflections from many female creators on emotional states and relationships. We hoped to portray the Valkyries' growth and emotional bonds in a gentle and respectful manner. However, we must also be honest in acknowledging that there are areas where our presentation fell short or became unbalanced, causing discomfort or confusion for some Valkyries. This was never our intention, yet it is something that truly occurred. For the negative feelings this may have caused, the entire team offers its sincere apologies. Through reflection, we are keenly aware that even with the same intentions, without careful review and holistic oversight, gaps can arise between expectations and outcomes. As a team, we must remain humble and continue learning. We are currently collecting and closely reviewing community feedback and will re-examine the story content, character behavior, and emotional portrayals with a more cautious approach. This includes chapters that have already been released, which will also be reviewed and revised as needed. At this stage, our priority adjustments will focus on the following directions: 1) Re-evaluating upcoming event content and Heartale-related storylines 2) Revising or removing controversial or concerning sections in existing story content to avoid misunderstanding or harm 3) Adding appropriate content notices or prompts where necessary, so the experience feels clearer and more comfortable. As this letter is released, work on these adjustments has already begun. We kindly ask for your patience. Regarding the above changes, we aim to complete and update the Chinese version in-game by December 29, with other language versions planned for release in mid-January. We have also revisited the core of the story itself. Initially, we envisioned the Valkyrie and the Einheriar gradually growing through shared trials, gaining strength in body, mind, and spirit. The Valkyrie would slowly become familiar with this world and her own inner voice, while the Einheriar would also change through their bond with her. For example, Tyr learning to value not only his duty but also himself and those he loves, or Jago gradually shedding his façade of playfulness and frivolousness. Yet perhaps every Valkyrie and every Einheri is already a complete and precious being in their own right. What a story should do is accompany them as they explore the world and their inner selves, rather than forcing change through experience. This belief will guide our future creative direction, as we strive to present stories that better align with what Valkyries hope to see. Likewise, if you encounter any issue in gameplay or UI or have suggestions of any kind, we warmly welcome you to share them with us at any time. Every piece of feedback is important and helps guide us forward. We also extend our sincere apologies for the connection issues experienced on the day the servers opened.
