@chace_verity I definitely think I feel better after I wake up with an hour bike ride. Then it's off to a shower, and after that, if I feel like easy street, sure. But I rarely feel like taking it easy after working up a good sweat. Just gets me thinking about the rest of my goals.

Is it not time for a #revolution? Are we not sick of the way things are yet? Why are we looking to others for answers as to how to calm the turmoil when the answer lies within? #Introspection is a powerful tool. It takes away the ability for one be shaken in their beliefs.
