Now that the prosecution has released a briefing for the preliminary hearing in the #D4vd case we are releasing the surveillance footage of the Tesla being moved on July 29th. The driver is lighter skinned, with long hair, wearing a red jersey. #CelesteRivasHernandez

The #D4vd preliminary hearing has been continued until May 1st. Matters of procedural importance were discussed today, mostly about transferring discovery from the DA Office to the defense. Items of interest that came up include that #D4vd ‘s device(es) contained a significant amount of “child po*n” which require special handling. Also there is a large amount of data from a wiretap. Search warrants will be unsealed. New search warrants from devices at the time of his arrest have not had returns yet. David did not look confident in court today in my opinion. He was in an orange jumpsuit and just stared forward. #CelesteRivasHernandez

I just left the arrangement of David Anthony Burke #D4VD where he entered not guilty pleas to all charges . His attorneys are pressing for a fast preliminary hearing and are eager to see evidence against him. They noted that they have not received any discovery, including the autopsy of Celeste Rivas Hernandez. The prosecutor replied that there was over 40 TB of discovery in this case and it would take a while to get that to the defense team, however #D4vd attorney still move forward wanting a speedy preliminary hearing which is set for April 23. The judge also agreed to have the medical examiners report unsealed. Justice is coming for Celeste.

Finally! #D4vd has been arrested for the murder of Celeste Rivas Hernandez. It appears he was not indicted but rather arrested by the LAPD and charges will be sent to the DA by Monday for formal charging. More to come #CelesteRivasHernandez

I still believe the #NancyGuthrie kidnapping was a genuine ransom attempt gone wrong. I think the ransom demand of no further contact was a strategic attempt to use the media to put everyone on notice that would be the only communication because they knew every communication gave the FBI digital evidence to work with. The second family communication was directly from the brother saying they needed to speak to the kidnapper(s) directly. The next communication was Savannah saying "we received your message and we understand." I think there was a direct communication in some manner between the kidnapper and family. I think it was evident that things had gone south, Nancy was not alive, and they could not provide proof of life. Then, most likely against the wishes of law enforcement, the family offered the $1,000,000 in an attempt to get someone to flip. The family never appeared at a press conference with law enforcement and I never heard them thank law enforcement. I believe the family (and likely Savannah's security team) wanted to approach things was much differently than law enforcement, and now they are angry with how the investigation has gone. I don't think that kidnapper is in the country any longer. I am shocked that nobody has flipped on him, or them, for the reward. The search needs to expand to the washes, under bridges, and the desert areas on the outskirts of the county. #NancyGuthrie

Okay I have let a lot of shit go. But not this one. That is my home. Please stop saying local law enforcement asked you for help because they did not and in fact I will be speaking with agent Aguliar in the morning because FBI did not ask you to help either. My entire bloodline is there I frequently make the 6 hour drive from Cali to there. I am also very familiar with the lead agent on this case. If they had asked for your help why were no agents out there with you. To try and gain any notoriety over Nancy missing is disgusting.

I spent yesterday on a search in Parker AZ after being asked to assist by local and federal law enforcement, and today I am on a different search in a different area of AZ. #SAR

LE Update: Nancy Guthrie *There was one ransom note that was dismissed. It was an imposter & there were consequences for those who created that note. *No one in the family is eliminated *They have No suspect *The ransom note they are working with went to the media. There are 3 main points that made the FBI believe in the legitimacy of the note: 1- Flood light information 2-Apple Watch information 3-Deadline mentioned *They are actively looking at everyone *The family is cooperative *Blood on porch analyzed. It is Nancy's. *LE went back to the house because the FBI wanted to do their own crime scene investigation. *Family decided what to put out, but the FBI consulted them. *The sheriff will "take the hit" for not bringing on the FBI and other LE earlier and for releasing the crime scene early. Last night we learned from Ashleigh Banfield that law enforcement is looking closely at Annie Guthrie and her husband. I have a hard time believing that she would go out of her way for something she did not know to be true. BUT you never know. This morning we were told by the sheriff that they have no suspects. Then Trump talked to Savannah Guthrie and said he would send everybody. He successfully accomplished that. Now every law enforcement agency in this country is in Tucson, Arizona. Which is really weird because I have never seen them do this before with such enthusiasm. They swooped through Nancy Guthrie’s house like never before. Federal agents everywhere. All of the sudden, some other official people showed up at Annie’s house. The digital crimes against children kind. But most of mainstream media is not covering that at all. For whatever reason. Then the most heartbreaking announcement comes from Savannah and her siblings addressed to the kidnappers that might have Nancy. Whatever they were sent scared them half to death. Now they want to know that it wasn’t altered and if Nancy is still alive. The Guthrie family is asking for proof of life. That is absolutely the best way I can recap the past 24 hours of trying desperately to follow the disappearance of Nancy Guthrie.

The vehicle was held by LAPD from Sept 8–10 under a 22655.5 evidence hold, then transferred to a downtown LA impound on Sept 10. That’s why it now shows “false” for “on-hold.” I attached the auction listing which appeared several weeks ago.

David's Tesla, the vehicle in which Celeste Rivas Hernandez was found, was held by LAPD for only 48 hours to process evidence. After that, it was returned to the impound lot for David to retrieve, which he had not done until today. The Tesla was scheduled to go to auction tomorrow morning at 9 a.m., and I had planned to attend and inspect it. However, in the final hours before auction, David, or someone with power of attorney acting on his behalf, picked it up. When I checked last week, the storage fees were approximately $10,500, as the vehicle had been released and available for pickup since September 10th, before Celeste had even been identified. I hope just the thought of that vehicle haunts David, and anyone else that knew Celeste was in the trunk, for the rest of their lives. #D4vd #CelesteRivasHernandez
