@hjluks Dr. Luks do you have a blog on how to use HRV and RHR for training? My HRV is all over the place but it’s being monitored by the Apple Watch and I am unsure how accurate that is.
@rwilly2003 The really fun thing is when writer seeks quote for story topic, then pulls a bait and switch and your quote ends up in a story with a different twist. Either the writer wasn't honest up front (need quote on neck pain) or the editor needed stronger click bait (text neck).
@rwilly2003 As a journalist and an oft quoted PT, here's how it works: Writer pitches story idea & title, editor okays story. Writer then has to write that story - and if they find out their premise was wrong, sometimes they'll go back to the editor with a new slant, but not always.

@AlejandroPirisN What was most interesting was the change in the quality of movement as soon as fatigue started to set in. How many times would they do this is a movement or scene? How would you improve specificity of training in their program?
