We are preparing to plan for YISA year three! I had to share our cohort photos from the last two years. We are ready to make new memories this summer with newly inducted @AliefInnovators Our program is growing! We are working towards academic gains and sustainability!

Just before break, I did my second incentive drop off for SIA 1. This time 100% of @AliefInnovators cohorts maintained a 60 AMM or higher on the RLA SIA 1. Our goal is to keep the master’s masters! No droppers!

Today was SIA celebration day for team YISA at Horn, Smith, Best, Boone, and KLZ. Each YISA student who achieved approaches, meets, or masters on the math SIA were rewarded with a cupcake! The little things matter! The children were so excited to be recognized! RLA up next!

Today, Ms. Pineda’s Young Innovators had a super special visit! Ms. Plaza’s kindergartners came by to learn all about coral reefs from our future marine biologists 🪼🥽🐬 Everyone had so much fun exploring and learning together! @AliefISD @Horn_Dreams_Big @AliefInnovators

Ms. Pineda’s Young Innovators Book Club brought The Coral Reef Boom to life! 🌊🐠 They shared what they learned about marine life in coral reefs while showcasing amazing creativity and teamwork! 💙📚 #STEM @AliefInnovators @AliefISD @Horn_Dreams_Big
