after 3 years unemployed, my friend finally got a job offer today. all he did was politely ask if there was room for a slightly higher salary to match market pay. they RESCINDED the entire offer. job market is actually insane right now.

I forgot I had this. I made this back in 2009. It was a "greenhouse" but it used 10" Solar Tubes instead of completely transparent plastic. The goal was to direct as much light as possible but have indoor conditions. In theory 2-3k watts of light.

@melodygrows Dr Earth says they have shit immediately available to the plant but, like your stuff, it still takes a few days to see results. Do you use anything else besides the grow & the bloom? Glacial rock dust is fun to say lol I want to try some of that sometime haha

@AlienFogMachine I love Gaia, I’ve used it a lot, it takes a few days for you to see a difference but the difference is clear, and it’s very forgiving compared to a lot of nutrients

@SendNutes @NorCalRoe78 In a grow tent, the light is the entire sky to a plant & the walls reflect. There is no escaping the light. Outside, the sun, while powerful, is a single point of light that moves across the entire sky & plants can subtly angle their leaves away to reduce impact.👽💨🛸
