IMO, this passage is also particularly interesting: "VersaBank believes its RBTDs represent the next step in the evolution of digital assets and a superior alternative to stablecoins." "In addition, the Bank expects its RBTDs to be eligible for conventional federal deposit insurance (subject to confirmation by regulators) and have the legal ability to pay interest, which non-bank issued stablecoins are not allowed to provide."
