@by__huy It's sad to see this becoming so common. Giving credit costs nothing, but it means everything.

Multiple designers took my work, removed my name from it, and started claiming as theirs over the last 2 weeks. I want to be clear about the part I don't mind. Copying is how most of us learned. I studied other people's work closely when I was starting out and some of my early stuff was more of a copycat than I'd like to admit. I get that nobody arrives with an original voice,"Great artists steal" so copying isn't the line for me. The line is what happens after. Whether you ask, whether you credit the person you learned it from, and mean it. Whether you're honest and have integrity that this came from somewhere. What I keep seeing instead is work from amazing agencies and creatives getting stripped of its origin and repackaged as a service, a free template, a prompt pack. And the person doing it never mentions where it came from, because the whole value of their offer depends on you assuming it came from them. We can do better guys 🧘‍♂️

100 days on the @framer Marketplace. And I'm still working a full-time job that has nothing to do with web design. In these 100 days: • $345 in affiliate commissions • $750 from client work • 1 sale of my James Orel template • 2 sales of my Gravity Gallery component • Featured twice on Contra • Gravity Gallery featured by the Framer team It's nowhere near where I want to be yet. But 100 days ago I had: no Marketplace products no client work no Framer features no proof that any of this could actually work Now I do. Still building after work. Still shipping. Still learning. Let's see where the next 100 days take me. 🚀
