2nd Dec 22 I logged a fault with my @NordicTrack s22i bike. Rather than be true to their word & fix the issue, @NordicTrackUK have now totally blocked me, despite their request to keep them informed! Was asking for an update every 10-days is too much? Please help fix my bike

Hate to do this, but I’ve had a fault with my @NordicTrack s22i bike since December. I logged it with their helpdesk & after ~6 weeks of silence, contacted @NordicTrackUK on Here. They promised to help, but haven’t & now blocked me! Great products, but woeful customer service.

@NordicTrackUK Another 6-days with no replies to emails to support, private DM’s to you here, or posts on your page asking for help. Seriously @NordicTrackUK. It’s 14 weeks since acknowledgment my help request is being investigated and still nothing further since. Customer Service?

@NordicTrackUK My S22i is great, but I’m afraid your customer service is woeful. We’ve been exchanging DM’s about a fault I logged 3-months ago. Still not resolved in spite of you saying you’re doing your best. Hate to have to post this publicly, but no other way has got my fault fixed 🤷‍♂️

@NordicTrackUK @Meg_Miles @NordicTrackUK please check your DM’s… I logged a fault on 8th December & after getting no updates, I messaged you 10th Jan. On 11th Jan you said you’d assist, but I’ve still heard nothing from your Helpdesk, my s22i still has software faults & you haven’t replied since.

I accept it’s their channel & their choice - I’m just surprised it happened & no one had the courtesy to explain or reply.

After 48hrs my luggage has been found (via own efforts & Swissport). I’m now home (via own efforts & other carriers). Still no email, phone call or messages from @FlyLoganair (despite them asking for DM’s in this thread & then ignoring my DM’s). How much longer will it take?

@FlyLoganair Myself and many other passengers booked the ferry (Liverpool to Douglas) home as no one had heard anything from you. No offer of assistance, just “good luck” from Swissport ground crew @ LPL Air passenger rights? Carrier obligations? Duty of care? Why the silence?

@LFC771 @FlyLoganair @SimonCalder @ricardoslee @IOMGovernment I don’t doubt they could be, however I’ve spent the vast majority of the last 24hrs with at least 40 people who are in similar (or worse) situation than me. (Eg lost medical equipment (in their hold luggage (which has disappeared)), missed family events, etc)
