@thatsgrose So ... Honest question. How can I find out if it is trauma or autism? I am diagnosed with ADHD and think I might also be autistic ... But it could also be trauma? IDK?!

@LorraineMccfly Weird feeling in my upper stomach. I assume where the oesophagus meets the stomach. But sine 99% of the time I threw up I also had a migraine, I just looked out for that + nausea.

Waaaait apparently not everyone gets cold and hot and numb in their ears and arms before they throw up...that's how I know I'm gonna throw up!? HOW DOES EVERYONE ELSE KNOW!?
