@AshFarms Those are the PSIP the posterior superior iliac points. In art school anatomy, we were taught they indicate where the bone of the pelvis comes into contact with the skin. Visually, it is a cue that is often used when drawing the figure.

I noticed one employee wearing noise-canceling headphones.
Not earbuds.
The big, cushioned over-ear kind that create a tiny personal universe.
I asked if everything was alright.
He said yes, he’s just trying to focus.
I told him we value focus, but isolation can misread as resistance to collaboration.
He said he’s literally sitting at his desk doing his job.
I told him we track human presence, not just output.
He asked how presence is measured.
I said imperfectly, which is why it's so important.
Then I logged “avoiding spontaneous culture building opportunities” in his engagement profile.

@CartoonsHateHer I thought about this, because in a way ladies can be duped into situationships and if guys get away with it (which they commonly do bait & switchuationships) then one might say they are in a "polycule" that they did not consent to Sad but I now see the apps as non consensual poly

How common are poly people, actually? Because they seem to be a tiny chunk of the population (they're the smallest segment even in my surveys, and it's not disproportionate by gender) and yet most of my single female friends say the apps are inundated with poly men.

Airbnb has one incredible use case: you want to travel with a large group and don’t want to pay for 3+ hotel rooms.

Dear @ZohranKMamdani if you want to start making an impact on commercial rentals in NYC, I suggest you look into the tax deductions made by owners of storefronts writing off their empty spaces at absurdly high amounts. This is the loophole that locks out small businesses in #NYC

i finally did it: someone was talking on the phone with loud speaker sitting close to me while we were inside the bus.
so I joined the conversation with full confidence. when she gave me that “are you mad?” look, I said, “sorry,I thought it was a group call since you put it on loudspeaker for all of us.”
she quietly told the person, “I’ll call you back,” and ended the call immediately. 🙂

The president also told his usual fictional story about how Los Angeles houses supposedly burned because authorities didn’t let water come down “from the Pacific Northwest” (which has no actual water connection to Southern California), but then he “broke in” and “had the water come down” (he actually ordered billions of gallons pointlessly sent from one part of the Central Valley to another, far from LA, as the LA fires were fully contained).
