@sainsburys I visited your Nantwich store today where 25% off six or more bottles of wine was being advertised. Yet I did not receive the discount at the till. Can you please explain why?

The ten of us were on the 18.50 train from London Euston to Crewe. At no point were we told that on arriving in Northampton, there would be to a three hour coach journey.
