@thameswater What a surprise... it's rained so our drains have overflowed (with raw sewage) and our toilets are at the top and not draining away... 5th time in 11 months. And you have closed our case saying "there is nothing we can recommend or any mitigation we can put in place"

@thameswater For the third time this year we have overflowing toilets and sewage pouring into our garden. Another drain on our driveway is inches from overflowing as well. I have 3 children. A response within 24 hours IS NOT ACCEPTABLE. Told not to use any facilities until then!
